**Sales Administrator**

Yolk Recruitment are working with a prominent company specializing in Process Equipment & Engineering Solutions in Ireland and the UK to search for an sales administrator.

They have been in business for over 100 years, and are a leading supplier of equipment and engineering solutions for various sectors including Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Semi-Conductor and Food & Beverage Industry.

**This is what you'll be doing**

This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a dynamic manufacturing company based in Cwmbran. You will join a small sales team to provide administrative support to the customers regarding their orders. You will also
- Handling administrative tasks related to sales orders; such as checking purchase orders.
- Checking orders against quotes to ensure accuracy
- Managing orders and coordinating supply chains
- Helping customers with technical questions (full training will be provided)
- Keeping organised customer records.

**The experience you'll bring to the team**

As a friendly Sales Administrator, you'll need to have previous administration experience,
- Experience of supporting with administrative tasks such as purchasing orders.
- Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- The ability to make effective decisions and to work within tight deadlines.
- Passion for providing excellent customer service to all customers.
