**Cove Recruitment** are looking to appoint a strong Sales Administrator for a leading fashion & sport agency to join them on a full-time basis in South Wales.

This is a professional role which will give you full responsibility as a sales administrator. The company offers a pleasant working environment and a chance to forge valuable relationships and grow within the business.

**Overview**:
As the newly appointed Process administrator you will report to the operations Manager, responsible for all sales administration and customer service, the sales support team work closely with all internal departments along with extensive communication toexternal brands and suppliers. This is a key, communicative role within the company ensuring it operates a smooth distribution process.

**The Role**

**Main responsibilities**
- Sales order and purchase order entry on internal ERP and B2B platforms.
- Provide excellent customer service to retail accounts.
- Provide excellent administrative support to the Sales Team.
- Liaise directly with our brands and suppliers on purchase orders, brand & product information, and deliveries.
- Work closely with Finance, Warehousing & Logistics to ensure all operations run smoothly.
- Drive deliveries daily to ensure order deadlines are met, book in deliveries via retailer portals, and keep customers up to date with lead times and stock availability.
- Reporting - pull sales figures and delivery forecasts for the Management Team on a regular basis.

**Skills & requirements**
- Extremely good sales administration and customer service skills.
- Deadline driven with the ability to multitask and work towards numerous deadlines at once and under pressure.
- Very good IT & numerical ability; very strong excel skills are essential.
- Extremely focused with an attentive eye for detail.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- A minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English. 2 A levels or equivalent. Higher level education and further qualifications are advantageous.
- An interest in fashion and/or sport would be desirable.
