We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Care Administrator to join our team. The Care Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care services by managing administrative tasks efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating care services, and maintaining accurate records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, carers, and management team, addressing enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the healthcare or social services sector.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
