**What we offer**:
**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Scheduling all jobs for the engineers while liaising with engineers regularly
- Creating reports and passing jobs through for invoicing - checking PO, Values, paperwork, description are all correct
- Raise new jobs, contracts and order any materials needed for the job.

**Experience required for the role**:

- You will be able to listen and communicate professionally, personably, and effectively with customers and PH water employees alike
- You will possess a strong work ethic with excellent time management skills and levels of organisation
- Strong administration experience needed, everything else can be taught if you are willing to learn and be a sponge
