MSXI are currently seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and experienced Administrator to provide additional Aftersales support within all areas relating to the Bodyshop Development Programme for our premium branded automotive client, BMW in Farnborough.
**The Role**
The key objectives for the Administrator are to support the Approved Bodyshop Network in the delivery of market leading accident repair services, with the aim to improve levels of Bodyshop Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, ColorSystem Paint & Materials sales and Crash Repair Parts profitability.
The role will require someone who can simultaneously manage multiple projects, whilst ensuring constant and clear communication with stakeholders. You will be expected to act as a focal point of contact for our premium client and customers, as well as assisting with marketing and reports. This is a varied position which will offer the selected individual a chance to develop their skills.
**About you**
This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of our premium branded clients. As an Administrator you will be dealing with Approved Repairer enquiries, data review and reporting, reviewing bodyshop marketing assets as well as providing support with specific bodywork repairer programmes.
- Preferably some experience working within Retailer or OEM Aftersales operations / processes and a knowledge of the motor industry
- Ability to analyse and interpret data from various sources and produce visualised reports
- Demonstrated record of working in a fast moving, customer focused environment
- Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Basic understanding of marketing principles
- Strong PC skills with good knowledge of Microsoft office packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Can demonstrate a high degree of being able to work on own initiative and motivation
