**Company Description**:
Revo Utilities Ltd are a Glasgow based commercial utilities consultancy. We provide competitive rates for commercial gas, electricity, water and telecoms. We are looking for Admin Assistant to support our growing brand.

**Role and responsibilities**
- Support the business in administrative task
- Dealing with queries and request through our supply channels
- Responding to client queries
- Processing contracts
- Supporting BDM's in the field with account management duties
- Organisation skills and Flexibility to support other areas of the business
- Development opportunities

**Knowledge Requirements for the role**
- Microsoft Packages
- CRM packages
- Processing important documents
- Utilities Experience preferred but not essential
- Diary management

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Graduate
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week

**Salary**: £13,224.98-£21,710.00 per year

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
