We are currently seeking a Call Centre Representative to join our team. As a Call Centre Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve performance goals

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds

**Salary**: From £24,752.33 per year
