We are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading property organisation in Glasgow, to assist them in securing a Property Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a fantastic role for a motivated, driven and proactive individual who is seeking their next, new challenge.
**We are seeking an individual with**:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Meticulous attention to detail, demonstrating a high level of accuracy
- A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented environment
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proficiency in general administration tasks
- Higher maths qualification or equivalent is preferred, though not essential
**What does the day-to-day role entail?**
- Coordinate repairs, communicate with clients and contractors
- Update client portal with important information
- Manage insurance processes and issue permits
- Review and update warranties, maintenance details, and contractor information
- Assist with administrative tasks, including AGM attendance and key movements
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Perform other necessary duties as required

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
