**Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Mortgage Broker**

**Description**

We are the UK’s fastest-growing property investment company and are looking for someone to head up the mortgage company. We transact on hundreds of properties every month, so we have plenty of business to take in-house.

We are looking for highly driven professionals who know how to broker mortgages and understand finance. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the right professionals.

**About the company**

Let Property was founded in 2021 as an innovative new solution to facilitate property sales between landlords in Scotland.

It has grown to become one of Scotland’s leading investment sales agencies, letting agencies amass tens of millions worth of property transactions for our clients in just a few short years.

**Requirements**:

- CeMAP and CAS status
- Confident communication skills, particularly over the phone,.
- Extensive experience in the whole market.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending criteria, and insurance offerings.

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£98,000.00 per year
