Property Administrator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Opening VF files sale / property matters and creating VF posting slips
- Instructing Home Reports / Photographers
- Placing properties live on the market and submitting onto Property Portal
- Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to clients
- Identify viewers specific property search requirements
- Sell the advantages of our valuation service to potential sellers/Landlords Cross sell properties, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings
- Identify other services that are relevant to the viewers situation and promote the benefits of using Aberdein Considine
**Requirements**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Essential
- Educated to Higher level or above
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Essential
- Strong organisational skills
- Good presentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to plan and prioritise own workload
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- A pleasant, confident telephone manner
- Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Reliable and honest
- Work well as part of a team and individually
- Full / clean Drivers Licence
- Experience of cross selling and building business
**KNOWLEDGE**:
- Essential
- Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Desirable
- Previous estate agency experience
- Proven track record of achieving targets
