We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Commercial Property team at Aberdein Considine. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Commercial Property team, including managing emails, letters, and calls, creating and closing files, and performing conflict and money laundering checks. You will also type audio recordings and support the commercial property purchase, sale, and leasing process.

In addition, you will record and track department fees, monitor payment and recovery, create, issue, and chase fee invoices, manage client debits and credits, and prepare LBTT returns.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong administrative background with experience in real estate or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
