Office Administrator

We are currently seeking a new team member to join us in our office in Torquay. We are a paperless office (apart from client records) and we work on a cloud server, so that all offices have access to the same information and systems.
It is important that you are able to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment. You will need to have the ability to prioritise your own workload and work calmly under pressure.
You must be capable in using Microsoft Excel and comfortable in learning new systems.
Grammar & punctuation skills are important and a good telephone manner is essential.
You will also need to be confident in dealing with clients on a face to face basis.
**Some of the tasks that this varied and interesting job role will include, are;**
- Setting up new clients on our systems.
- Booking in client records.
- Telephones - dealing with calls to / from clients
- Recording / scanning post
- Petty cash
- Sending mailshots
- Meeting & greeting clients
- Updating information on various database systems
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
