**Job Title**: New Product Development & E-commerce Specialist

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee each new product development process, ensuring pricing, quantity and quality is achieved for every product.
- Source and communicate with manufacturers on a global scale to establish high quality products to add to our expanding range of kitchen and home goods.
- Create briefs for every new product finalised for our designers to create the artwork.
- Ensure the process of getting goods produced and delivered on time is smooth.
- Develop, implement, and help sustain effective sales and marketing strategies on Amazon, whilst resolving any problems that may arise in seller central.
- Assist with other administrative tasks, when need be, to help the rest of the team and keep up with demand.
- Report to the director on a weekly basis with an update on new products short-listed and with other general progress updates
- Delegate to team of 3 Interns

**Requirements**:

- An undergraduate degree
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple workloads efficiently and meet deadlines to a high standard
- Knowledge around product development and the e-commerce world is not essential but the willingness to learn is

**Additional Information**
- Travel expenses paid for when working in office.
- 28 days paid holiday entitlement per year (pro-rata), plus bank holidays.
- 3 months probationary period.
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

This is an initial 12 month contract that may lead to a permanent role

Office based near Snetterton, some flexibility available if required.
