- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager on inventory control, including cycle counts, audits, stock management, and optimization.
- Oversee order processing, data entry, documentation, and communication to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate outbound shipments and transportation with the warehouse team.
- Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and assisting with training new employees.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures for administrative documentation and records.
- Enforce safety regulations, promote safety awareness, and conduct regular inspections.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities.
- Assist with generating reports, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in office administration, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with various teams.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.

**Education**:

- High school qualifications or equivalent required.
- Additional education or certification in office administration a plus.
