**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Inventory Management:

- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Checking stock in and out of the warehouse.
- Coordinate with the office admin team to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts or overstocks.

Order Processing:

- Oversee order processing tasks, including data entry, documentation, and communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to coordinate outbound shipments and transportation arrangements.

Office Supervision and Training:

- Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in training new employees on administrative processes, software systems, and office protocols.

Quality Assurance:

- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and condition of administrative documentation and records.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any discrepancies or issues in administrative processes.

Safety Compliance:

- Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among office administrative staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of office areas and address any potential hazards promptly.

Equipment and Facility Maintenance:

- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure regular maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Assist in generating and analysing administrative performance reports, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in office administration, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.

**Education**:

- High school qualifications or equivalent required.
- Additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
