Logistics Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team at Affinity. As a key member of our logistics function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the logistics function, ensuring reports and documentation are up-to-date and accurately stored.
- Manage the creation and distribution of purchase orders for external suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Analyze and produce cost reports, identifying any discrepancies and implementing corrective actions to optimize costs.
- Arrange transportation and resources for multiple teams, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Complete any other ad-hoc tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
Requirements:
- Education to a degree level, with a strong foundation in business administration or a related field.
- Proven administrative experience, with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Analytical and proactive approach, with the ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
- Strong IT skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP systems.
