- Permanent / Full Time- We are looking for an experienced** Installation & Delivery Driver** to be based from our office in Snetterton, Norfolk
- You will be collecting, delivering and installing a variety of Sharp products (photocopiers, printers and some audio-visual products) to our customers across **Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire**, providing a professional level of customer service.
- We are looking for a reliable, locally based individual ideally with previous van driving experience, practical manual and IT skills for installing the products, a flexible approach to work and a great customer facing attitude. A full driving license is essential.
- The role will involve heavy lifting, so you will need to be fit and strong - you will be given relevant safety training. We will train you on how to do a simple installation.
- Our drivers work 37.5 hours a week, usually Monday to Friday 8.30 -5.00 but you will need to be flexible at times to meet customer need.
- **Key Responsibilities**

Assist with loading and unloading of the office equipment from delivery vehicles.
- Review paperwork to ensure all logistic requirements are complete.
- Assist with delivery, installation, and collection as instructed.
- Site & assemble equipment safely & in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.
- Retrieve & re-input network data between old & new devices.
- Perform full function test including device print prior to obtaining customer signature.
- Maintaining regular communication with Installation coordinator and customers
- Daily safety & maintenance checks of delivery vehicle
- Assist with Warehouse duties as required.
- **Experience, Skills & Qualifications**:

- IT skills - basic Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experienced Valid driving license (Class B) and ideally experience driving a van.
- Able to work as part of a team and unsupervised at times.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Maintains a positive, tenacious attitude in challenging situations.
- Flexibility on start and finish times to meet business needs.
- Professional with colleagues, customers, and the public at all times.
