Customer Accounts Co-ordinator

Atkinson Moss are currently working with a leading UK Manufacturer, they are expanding their team and looking to recruit a Customer Accounts Co-Ordinator.
The role will lead our Customer Accounts team and report to the Customer Services Manager. They will be responsible for managing complete invoicing to cash processes, daily management of our key accounts, they will be proactive, have exceptional communicationand problem-solving skills, be adaptable and organised and able to build a rapport with clients and other members of the company.
**Role Description**
Working closely with a team of 4 to manage the credit control and invoicing process for the company, while maintaining good relationships with the customer services team to ensure we provide the best experience for our B2B and D2C customers. Be adaptableand resilient to challenges that the team may face and support your team in their roles. This is a new role within the business and will encounter changes as the business develops. We require an experienced individual with significant knowledge of b2b andd2c accountancy work, and ideally management or team leadership experience. A keen eye for spotting potential improvements in processes and work practices is essential.
**Specific Responsibilities**
- Invoicing management (automated and manual)
- Collection management
- Pricing uploads and maintenance
- Off-invoice - upload/change agreements & promotions
- Maintain a close relationship with Customer Services
- Maintain a close relationship with Finance and Sales teams
- Regularly review key accounts
- Investigate any irregularities with customer accounts, invoicing, credit notes, etc.
- Approving sales orders
- Execute one-to-ones with your team
- Generating financial reports for Head of Finance
- Manage and support team of 4
- Input and manage daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s
**Person Specification**
- SAP experience would be an extreme advantage
- Comfortable with technology and digital-based activities
- Needs experience of invoicing and B2B cash collection
- Strong written English skills
- Accurate, thorough & well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, able to raise issues and suggest improvements
- Patience, able to cope well in stressful situations
- Excellent people skills and emotional intelligence
- Polite, tactful and approachable personality
- Confidence, patience and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
