**Payroll Administrator - Longtown**

At WM Armstrong, we pride ourselves on our safe working environment, our excellent culture of teamwork and our strong family values.

We are currently looking for a **Payroll Administrator** to join our Payroll team in Longtown.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the payroll team in ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time, and that managers and employees receive the highest standard of service and customer care. You will undertake weekly tasks preparing payroll data, then inputting this into systems. You will provide weekly KPI reports to managers, ensuring allocation of costings are undertaken. You will also analyse and process employee expenses. At all times ensuring you following processes and procedures correctly, and ensuring the accuracy of data and inputting is continually checked.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent numerical skills, with excellent excel skills, with the ability to use pivot tables and advanced formulae. You will have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work. You will have experience of working in a payroll environment with experience of SAGE 50 payroll being advantageous. You will be an effective communicator, with the ability to work to deadlines on a weekly basis, thriving in a busy and fast-paced environment. A strong and experienced administrator, proficient in the use of all Microsoft programs you are organised, proactive and have excellent attention to detail.
