A brilliant opportunity came up in our finance team
Cavaghan & Gray, part of 2 Sisters Food Group are actively seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, responsible, organised and IT Literate individual for the role of **Payroll Administrator **to join our team based in Carlisle.
We are looking for someone who will assist the delivery of a robust, well managed, controlled and accurate payroll service.
As a **Payroll Administrator** you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the running of the weekly payroll and time and attendance system
- Contribute to the Payroll function understanding of the different employment contracts in place in the Company
- Administering and reconciling exceptions to employees’ contracted hours while meeting strict payroll deadlines
- Advise employees and managers on payroll issues in a friendly and efficient manner
- Report to your Payroll Manager regarding any issues when they occur
Full training is provided, ideally we are looking for someone who has experience in working in payroll department however it's not a deal breaker.

- Good communication skills via all medium
- Highly organised, able to prioritise high workload
- Good working ethics
- Good understanding of handling personal details /GDPR regulations
- Ability to work toward tight deadlines
