HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at The Cumbria County Council. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient processing of payroll, including timesheets, contracts, pensions, and mileage claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and related tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding payroll-related queries
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Payroll team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR and payroll policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR and payroll administration
