We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our People Services Transactional Teams as an Apprentice. This is a fixed-term position for 21 months, providing the opportunity to gain experience in various areas of the team, including Recruitment, Temporary Staffing, e-Rostering, and ESR - workforce transactions and system/information maintenance.
Main Responsibilities- Support the delivery of transactional services, including Recruitment, Temporary Staffing, e-Rostering, and ESR.
- Undertake an HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship programme, gaining knowledge and skills in HR practices and procedures.
- Develop IT skills using Microsoft Office and administrative skills, with a focus on workforce systems, including Electronic Staff Record (ESR), TRAC, and e-Roster.
