Apprentice People Services Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our People Services Transactional Teams as an Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in various areas of the team, including Recruitment, Temporary Staffing, e-Rostering, and ESR, while undertaking an HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship programme.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of transactional services, including Recruitment, Temporary Staffing, e-Rostering, and ESR.
- Assist in the maintenance of workforce systems and data.
- Develop IT skills using Microsoft Office and administrative skills.
- Learn the fundamentals of workforce systems, including Electronic Staff Record (ESR), TRAC, and e-Roster.
