We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our People Services Transactional Teams as an Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in various areas of the team, including Recruitment, Temporary Staffing, e-Rostering, and ESR, while pursuing an HR Support Level 3 apprenticeship programme.

Main Responsibilities

As an Apprentice in our People Services Transactional Teams, you will be supported to undertake an HR Support Level 3 apprenticeship programme. You will gain experience in transactional services, covering areas such as Recruitment, Temporary Staffing, e-Rostering, and ESR. You will also learn the fundamentals of workforce systems, including Electronic Staff Record (ESR), TRAC, and e-Roster, and develop IT skills using Microsoft Office and administrative skills.
