Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our People Services Transactional Teams as an Apprentice. This is a fixed-term opportunity to gain experience in various areas of the team, including Recruitment, Temporary Staffing, e-Rostering, and ESR - workforce transactions and system/information maintenance.

Main Duties

As an Apprentice, you will be supported to undertake an HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship programme. During the 21-month duration, you will be trained and gain experience in the following areas:

  • Recruitment
  • Temporary Staffing
  • e-Rostering
  • ESR - workforce transactions and system/information maintenance

You will learn the fundamentals of workforce systems, including Electronic Staff Record (ESR), TRAC, and e-Roster, and gain IT skills using Microsoft Office and administrative skills.
