Role OverviewIn light of our ongoing expansion, we are pleased to announce the opening for the HR Assistant position on a permanent basis.
As part of the People Services Team, reporting to the HR Officers, this role places you at the core of our mission, requiring a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding New Employees:
- Establishing user profiles on the HR system and learning platform.
- Ensuring timely and accurate entry of new employee information into payroll.
- Conducting bank confirmation meetings with new hires to verify details.
- Updating the internal communication platform with a monthly list of new starters.
- Coordinating onboarding activities and providing support to new employees throughout the process.
- Acting as a point of contact for inquiries from new staff.
Administrative Duties:
- Managing the HR mailbox, addressing queries promptly and courteously.
- Maintaining the HR database to ensure accuracy and compliance with current regulations.
- Updating the payroll database as necessary.
- Assisting in the implementation of new induction pathways.
- Generating and distributing employee correspondence regarding contracts and employment documents.
General Responsibilities:
- Providing proactive HR guidance on policies and procedures as needed.
- Engaging in continuous professional development.
- Supporting the induction process for all new hires.
- Assisting the HR team in fostering a high-performance employee culture.

Qualifications
Essential:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- HNC or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Background in a supportive role, such as training.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
Desirable:
- Professional HR qualification.
- CIPD level 3 membership.
- Experience in an HR setting.
- Knowledge of employment legislation.
