Everything we do at Long Man is driven by our desire to deliver great quality through sustainability. As part of a working farm we brew using; our own barley grown on site, water drawn from the chalk aquifer, and renewable energy generated from solar panels.

**Office & Retail Assistant (20 hours per week + overtime opportunities)**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and fun team as an Office & Retail assistant. Working for a multi award winning and progressive Sussex brewery you will play a key part in ensuring our trade and retail customers receive consistently outstanding service.

We are looking for an individual with great organisational and communication skills combined with a dynamic, self-starter attitude.

We'll provide full training in the role, including understanding how the brewery functions and everything you need to know about beer.

This role is 20 contracted hours per week, ideally Wednesday & Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 1pm.

Duties, working as part of a team:

- Assisting with the day-to-day running of a busy office
- Processing and co-ordinating deliveries
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Educating customers about the Long Man ethos and story
- Providing advice and guidance on Long Man beers
- Assisting with brewery tours and events
- Maintaining the highest shop standards and cleanliness

Experience & Key Skills:

- Previous experience in an office, retail or customer service environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Comfortable using MS Office
- Organised and methodical
- Great communication
- Time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

While the normal hours for this role will be on weekdays, this role will involve working occasional Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays to provide cover for the weekend retail team. £12/hour.
