Compliance Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implementation of compliance programmes
- Risk identification
- Assist in review of procedure and policy
- Champion compliance in every area of the business and educating colleagues
- Analysis and collation of statistical data
- Carry out and reporting on internal audits
- Assist with external audits (ISO 2001, 14001, 45001, Achilles, Arb Association and RISQS
- Provision of admin support
- Awareness of changes and updates in legislation and best practice
- Assist with key environmental monitoring and reporting including carbon reduction strategies
- Provide support on tendering opportunities

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in MS Office, including SharePoint, is essential.
- A minimum of 2 Years experience in a compliance role is highly advantageous.
- Hold a full UK driving licence - essential
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and submitting documents.
- Excellent organisational skills.
