You will report directly to the Managing Director, and support the Management Team in the day-to-day running of the business.

This is a full-time position working 09:00 - 17:30 Monday - Friday.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting and co-ordinating the management team with new client projects and onboarding. You will ensure that all new projects, and tasks associated with those projects, are duly entered and complete on the business PSA platform and ensure each project is kept on track, delivered on time, and communication with clients is fluent, effective and timely.
- Assisting the Operations Director with the monthly bill run so you can begin to learn how to effectively perform this key business function.
- Assisting the Head of Commercial with sales support, marketing activities and new business initiatives.
- Data entry, administration and housekeeping of the various IT platforms which are used within the business.
- Maintain office supplies, inventory and ensure that fire alarm tests and other H&S and ISO compliance activities are duly scheduled and carried out.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, particularly for the Head of Site Operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed.

Key skills:

- Excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Persistence and determination to ensure deadlines are met and communications are effective.
- Ability to multi-task.
- A calm, flexible and positive approach.
- A team player but with ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Competent MS office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Experience within the technology sector is not essential, however possessing a natural aptitude for technology is essential.
