This opportunity is for an office based, Office Administrator who will be a dynamic individual who will possess key attributes to transfer to this role. The role is a customer service focused role, primarily answering the phone and dealing with our customers on a daily basis, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To provide a high level of customer service, at all times.
- To keep records and company systems up to date.
- To deal with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Ensure filing and archiving is kept up to date.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed and ensure any issues are highlighted immediately to your line Manager.
- To adhere to all internal Company policies and procedures.
- To understand and interpret surveyor’s drawings and recommendations.
- Ability to liaise with office staff to ensure adequate resource and materials are in place for successful completion of works.
- Ensure you attend all required meetings and Toolbox talks as notified by the Company.
- You must have commitment to ensuring you always strive for best practise, continuous improvement, and excellent level of service.
- Any other duties as deemed necessary by the Company.
- Ensure you comply with current GDPR legislation.
- Provide general administrative support for colleagues.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Building trade knowledge - preferred but not essential
- Fluency in Microsoft Programmes
- Punctual and good timekeeping
- Customer service experience is essential
- You must be a team player but also self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
- You must be keen to learn and develop skills to ensure best competency within the role
- You must be organised
- You must have strong attention to detail.

Pay: £24,960.00 per year
