**HR ADMINISTRATOR**
An excellent opportunity to join this well established organisation at their UK head office near Sutton Coldfield. The role is interesting and varied, offers hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package.
**Duties**:
Providing comprehensive high-level generalist HR Administrative support that will promote and ensure legislative compliance, best practice, adherence to company policies/procedures and employee engagement.
**Duties**:
Assisting with employee lifecycle HR processes from recruitment and onboarding to development and engagement to include:
- Arranging interviews and associated documentation
- Production of offer letters and contracts
- Dealing with requests for employment references
- Coordinating absence
- Monitoring staff working hours
- Arranging development workshops and assisting with identifying training requirements
Assisting with HR compliance administration in association with:
- Payroll and Pensions processing
- The Company Childcare Voucher Scheme
- Personnel file audits
- Driving licence and Right to Work checks
- Office of National Statistics submissions
- Health & Safety including: attending meetings and taking/distributing minutes, monitoring completion of workstation assessments, completion of office & welfare checks
General HR Administration
**Suitable Applicants**:
- Experienced high-level administrator having worked in a HR or similar environment
- Ideally studying towards CIPD
- Minimum of 12 months experience in an HR Administrative role
