**HR Administrator**

This role is for a part time HR Administrator. Your job will be to administrate the recruitment process for our company. This job is part time 3 days per week and work from home. You will need a mobile phone you can make calls from and a computer. You will need to be based in the Brighton and Hove area.

**Responsibilities**
- Creating and updating job adverts when needed
- Filtering applicants
- Scheduling and conducting phone interviews
- Organising and scheduling trials
- Checking in with staff to see how training went
- Conducting quarterly staff interviews to get feedback on their job
- Assisting with any other admin duties necessary
- Excellent telephone manner and fluent in English language
- Very good IT skills
- Able to work on their own initiative and under direction
- Ability to deal with pressure calmly
- Admin or basic management experience preferable
- Open to increasing hours if needed.
- Excellent organisation
- Critical thinking and analysis

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
