**The role: Temporary 3 months**

**PURPOSE OF POST**:
To provide professional and effective administrative support to the **Medical Education Team **(The Postgraduate Medical Education (PGME) Team)

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Able to take minutes for our different faculties and other administrative tasks.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and deal with sensitive information appropriately
- Proven minute taking skills with high level of accuracy.
- Work effectively as part of a team ensure the continuity of all PGME activity.
- Remain calm and professional in a busy working environment.
- A strong ability to work on own initiative and use judgement where necessary.
- To be able to manage and process the variety of assessment documents accurately and timely.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload according to varying needs & work under pressure.
- Excellent IT skills with a particular working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other key MS packages.
- Fast, accurate typing & accurate spelling and grammar.
- Sound knowledge and understanding in the use and maintenance of databases.
- **A Basic DBS can be process**:
