**About Our Client**:
This company is a well-established entity in the public sector.

As a Hybrid Note Taker/Administrator your responsibilities will include:

- Accurately take and transcribe notes during meetings and events.
- Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
- Assist in organising and coordinating meetings and events.
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Manage and update digital and physical records.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
- Support the team in ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Hybrid Note Taker/Administrator should have:

- Experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
- A keen ability to work well in a team environment.
