**Responsibilities**
- Provide expert HR advice to the college/university management team during the restructuring process
- Assist in the preparation of HR documentation such as job descriptions, employee contracts, and policies and procedures manuals
- Attend meetings with the management team to discuss and provide input on HR matters
- Provide general administrative support such as maintaining HR records, organizing files, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with the development and implementation of new HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters such as employment law, performance management, and employee relations
- Conduct HR-related research as required
- Provide support in the area of training and development

**Requirements**:

- CIPd level 3 +
- 3+ years of HR consulting experience
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment law, and best practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite
