If the answer to this is yes, then we have a fantastic opportunity to join the Improvement Team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust as an Improvement Facilitator.

Please note we are hiring for two Improvement Facilitator roles
- one of which is a fixed term 12 month contract with a focus on project managing our improvement education programme.

You will co-ordinate and manage the delivery of a portfolio of improvement projects, with support from Improvement Leads and divisional colleagues, delivering improved outcomes for patients and staff.

You support and coach teams to undertake improvement activity at ward, directorate and divisional levels.

You will project manage the design and delivery of improvement education and training to support development of staff.

You will use data to drive decision making and action in relation to improvement projects and training.

You will design and deliver a programme of routine and adhoc communications and engagement activities relating to improvement training and other improvement team activities.
