Learning Experience Facilitator

We are searching for a Learning Experience Facilitator to join our Learning & Development team in the UK. Reporting to the Senior Learning Experience Facilitator, this role delivers core Learning Programs for Business Developers, Field Consultants (MFPs), SMO territory leads, Franchisees, Multi Unit Owners, and/or Managers or other Subway stakeholders to allow them to develop the skills necessary to maximise performance in a competitive QSR marketplace.

As this is a dynamic role, the successful applicant will be able to embrace changes and quickly incorporate these into your daily work with a positive and proactive can-do attitude. This role is suited to an individual that is self-motivated and can work cross-functionally to deliver training to a deadline while balancing competing priorities.

**Position responsibilities include**:

- Deliver face-to-face & virtual learning courses and workshops engagingly and professionally using the most appropriate adult learning techniques that positively impact the business and develop our leaders. This includes franchisee, manager, field team training and other training events.
- Role model positive behaviours at all times in all interactions with stakeholders by answering all questions professionally and in an organised way.
- Measure training performance and impact using metrics and provide reporting to leadership and identify opportunities to improve current L&D offerings and suggest additional learning opportunities to further support our restaurant teams.
- Design, develop and roll out bespoke training to support brand initiatives, including marketing and operational initiatives.
- Identify training restaurants and work cross-functionally to certify the restaurants and trainers meet the required standards. Once certified engage the network of restaurants and trainers to maintain and improve standards.

**Knowledge and skills required**:

- Excellent presenting and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory.
- Knowledge of using Virtual Learning Environments or Learning Management Systems.
- Skilled in creating learning materials (videos, e-learning, presentations, job aids, etc.)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new systems
- Customer service focused
- Ability to problem solve and deescalate interactions
- High attention to detail
