**Client Details**

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well established Manufacturing business in Rochdale for a PA to support the Chairman. This company are well established and have an excellent reputation for staff retention. They are based in brand new offices inCentral Rochdale.

**Description**

The PA role is a Permanent role and will be 100% office based in Rochdale.

Your role will include diary/travel management, arranging and organising meetings and events and management of the private property portfolio

This is a varied role which is integral in the organization and requires a highly organized and skilled person who can provide an exceptional level of coordination and management across a number of areas.

**Diary Management** - co-ordinate internal and external appointments, conference/video calls, across time zones whilst proactively ensuring diaries reflect shifting priorities
- **Meetings and Events** - arrange internal and external meetings and events, including scheduling, greeting guests, coordinating logistics, catering, preparing agendas, circulating papers, tracking action points and taking minutes
- **Travel support**:

- organising visas, flights, trains, accommodation, transfers, currency, inoculations, scheduling meetings and preparing detailed itineraries and supporting briefing/materials
- **Correspondence management**:

- **Research support -**collecting data, carrying out research (for instance reviewing online source material) and writing basic briefing material
- **Expense Management** - completing monthly claims, reviewing expenses and invoices for approval on behalf of management
- **Personal Assistance** to CEO and family
- **Property Management** (own and rental properties) documentation, communication with tenants and general property maintenance
- **General admin support**:

- assistance to the wider team as required

**Profile**
- Have Previous experience at a similar level essential either in PA or Senior Administration Role
- Ability to demonstrate organisational and planning skills and manage own workload effectively
- Ability to problem solve, think quickly and demonstrate good judgement
- A good work ethic, flexibility and enthusiasm to delivery work and results of a consistently high standard
- Exceptional attention to detail and can consistently produce work that is well organised and accurate
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
