As one of the North Wests leading Lettings and Property Asset Management Agents, we are looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator at our flagship office based in Rochdale, Manchester.

Sure Move currently manage a significant number of properties with further expansion planned throughout the North West and Surrounding Counties

Our aim is to provide the best customer service within our industry.
- The Sure Move Tenant Journey from initial enquiry to moving the tenant in to their new home, tenancy and property management, right through to the tenant moving on to the next chapter in their lives
- Generating new property business from landlords
- Register potential tenants
- Liaise and negotiate rents between landlords and tenants
- Preparing tenancy agreements
- Organising and arranging property maintenance
- End tenancy
- Contact tenants regarding any outstanding payments
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with landlords and tenants
- Arrange viewings
- Achieve pre-agreed targets
- Canvassing for new business opportunities

**You as an individual must possess**:

- Self-motivation with a flexible, positive can do attitude as you will be expected to have a passion and be driven to grow the business.
- Excellent communication skills
- Highest levels of Customer Service
- Organised
- Be target driven
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Professional, positive, ambitious, results driven and committed

Experience in Lettings is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

You will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a Lettings Administrator role

OR

a minimum of 2 years Customer Service Experience

**Working hours**:
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5.30pm

Friday 9am - 5pm

**Job Type**:Full-Time Permanent

**Salary**:£19,000 to £21,000 pa

**Holiday**:28 days per annum (including bank holidays) with the opportunity to increase to 33 days per annum (including bank holidays) plus your birthday off (when it falls on a working week day)

**Experience**:Minimum 1 year (preferred)
