**Project Coordinator -Hybrid - £30k**

About Us

We are looking to hire a Project Administrator as we look to grow our consultancydivision. Our dog-friendly Brighton office is in the heart of the town, where we are scaling quickly, and we want to welcome people passionate about providing bespoke solutions for our clients.

The Role

With this role, you will work closely with our senior leadership team and support our expanding finance and operations teams. You would be the first point of contact for our contracting associates, building relationships as they work closely with our clients.
- Comfortable with project documentation and process mapping
- Understanding of Project Management skills, including Agile and Waterfall
- The accurate processing of weekly timesheets from our consultancy associates
- Experience in change and risk management
- Stakeholder management
- Support daily project activities and tasks
- Collection and administration of documents surrounding new associate placements, including references
- Assign and monitor daily tasks and communications within key projects
- Delivery-based reporting for clients, with the support of the team
- Setup and support tooling including Jira, Confluence and SharePoint to provide transparent, accountable and high-value work
- Support mobilisation and onboarding of new projects and associates
- Manage and support small/medium projects on an ad-hoc basis

1 - 2 days a week in the office.
