As a Project Coordinator you will be reporting to the Head of Finance and Systems, you will be working closely with the Finance team and Programme Manager supporting the delivery of my clients internal and external projects and programmes.

**Client Details**

My client is a small business based in Brighton, who are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their growing team.

**Description**

The key responsibilities of a Project Coordinator are;
- Assisting the Head of Finance & Systems and Programme Manager in the delivery of internal & external projects on time, on cost, on quality
- Designing and controlling project schedules & resource plans
- Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities
- Monitoring project hours assisting the Programme Manager with resourcing requirements
- Helping to maintain project budgets & forecasts, liaising with workstream leads
- Supporting monthly and quarterly reporting to external funding bodies
- Exceptional communications with senior management to update on the projects' progress and showcase the projects' value
- Supporting the roll-out and training of new processes and systems to internal staff as required
- Help drive best practice and continuous improvement in programme and project governance
- Providing administrative support, including organising project team meetings and recording minutes

**Profile**

The successful Project Coordinator will have;
- Experience working in a projects environment (minimum 2 years)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel (ie Lookups, Pivots, etc)
- Solid knowledge of project collaboration tools and document management software (ie Asana, Teams, SharePoint)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and numerate
- A flexible approach to working with strong people and communication skills across all stakeholder groups
- Ability to work independently as well a part of a wider team, with a willingness to help in all areas as required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, challenging the status quo and driving value-add management information
- Resilience and adaptability

**Job Offer**

£26,000 - £30,000
