**What does the role involve?**

You will be required to lead a team of coaches to develop and deliver high-quality physical activity programmes/sessions that meet the needs of target groups. You will also coordinate programme schedules, resources and information and ensure pre-arranged KPO¿s are being met. In this role you will be required to develop positive and effective relationships with key referral agencies and stakeholders.

**Your background**

We are looking for someone with experience managing projects including planning, monitoring, and reporting, ideally with NHS or other public health funders. Ideally you would have previously worked within the community, schools, colleges or youth groups for participant benefit. You will have the ability to motivate and inspire behaviour change and recognise and establish safe professional boundaries.
