**Job title**:Project Support Assistant

**Location**:Preston. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

**Salary**: £27,000 depending on skills and experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Support the implementation of key projects relating to change and continuous improvement projects within Employee Services with a key focus on Policy Modernisation
- Support with specific policy modernisation projects in support of the wider EBS operational and strategic vision linked with the HRET Project and support delivery of key activities
- Provide regular updates on project deliverables, highlighting risks and slippages against original plans
- Maintain a strong stakeholder communication network
- Support the Employee Lifecycle Change Lead to ensure solutions are properly designed, developed, tested and implemented
- Support the delivery of training relating to any changes to process and technology
- Support the creation of training material and any other associated documentation to support any projects which impact processes and procedures
- Ensure procedures and policies can be adhered to, including data protection and confidentiality guidelines

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential***
- Strong Administration Background
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to plan and control own workload
- Ability to manage change
- Proven experience of working in an environment with conflicting priorities

Desirable
- Operational experience, ideally in a Shared Service environment
- Knowledge of Employee Services team processes and policies
- Experience of supporting projects
