About the Role:

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Preston, Lancashire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, administer medication, and assist with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
  • Promote service users' independence and choice.
  • Encourage service users to engage in a range of exciting social activities both within and outside their homes.
  • Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families.
  • Work part-time hours flexibly according to the needs of the service, with a willingness to work sleep-ins.
  • Be a driver, as this is an essential requirement for the role.

About the Service:

Our supported living service in Preston provides a vibrant and inclusive environment for our residents to thrive. We offer a range of activities and opportunities for our residents to engage in, including trips to the seaside, visiting the theatre and cinema, and many more.
