We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Education Support Professional to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Part-Time Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational journey of young learners in a Primary School setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support individual students or small groups with their learning and development, helping to bridge any gaps in their educational progress.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to maintain a well-organized and efficient classroom environment.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior, ensuring a safe and respectful learning space for all students.
Requirements:
- Availability to work afternoons from 12:30 PM to 3:15 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Desire to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff, promoting a team-based approach to education.
- Previous experience working with children is preferred but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in education and child development, with a commitment to making a real difference in the lives of young learners.
