Overview:
Expleo is currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Administrator to work as a part of our engineering team in our Preston office to support our expanding Air Support Department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working alongside and supporting Engineering Teams and Project Managers to deliver multi-disciplined projects.
- Able to perform non-complex project reporting and scheduling.
- Support in development of tracking databases and Kanban boards.
- Ensure KPI’s, trackers and metrics are kept up to date and topical.
- Supporting Query resolution of basic and routine problems.
- Develop a knowledge of Business processes and procedures.
- Assistance with the Project Management aspects.
- Administration and general office skills including spreadsheets/ Microsoft packages.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge and understanding of PM policies, processes, procedures and systems.
- Ideal, though not essential, experience demonstrated within a project team
- Understanding of one or more PM tools techniques and practices.
- Knowledge of PM governance, though not essential.
- Experience of working with stakeholders typically inside the company.
- Knowledge acquired through job related training and on the job experience, generally non-theoretical skills.

Essential Skills:

- IT literate and aptitude to learn new systems/software.
- Strong MS Office Skills.
- Strong Excel skills - knowledge of pivot tables, lookups, formulas is essential.
- Basic understanding of team structures, organisation and processes of a project.
- An ability to gather information.
- Problem solving and a keenness for challenges.
- Ability to find and adopt best practice.
- Needs to work effectively in a team.
- Communication is a key aspect of the job.
- Work is within standardised procedures and practices, accuracy of tasks is impactful.
- Quality and timeliness of work reflects on the effectiveness of the immediate team.
