**About the Role**

Due to our continued growth, the Mobilisation Coordinator will work to assist plan and mobilise new hospital sites across the UK, working closely with the Mobilisation Manager.

We are looking some someone who will support with project tasks including reviewing schedules, contracts and supply chain, organising, and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring project deadlines are promptly met.

**We are looking for someone who can**:

- Monitoring project timelines ensuring all service level agreements are met to a timey and high standard
- Updating spreadsheets for all projects
- Liaising with third party suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
- Monitor stock and equipment levels, keeping record and allocating stock against projects
- Reporting risks to the Mobilisation Manager and relevant departments
- Assist in the setup of new hospitals
- Organising and transporting equipment to new sites
- Provide support in the new hospital rollout, assisting in the handover to the estates team.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Experience in a similar fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to be reactive when issues arise
- Knowledge or understanding of basic Health and safety regulations
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to learn and adapt to new internal systems
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Ability to work both individually and in a team
- The ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently
- A clean full UK driving licence
