IT Helpdesk Lead is required to join an asset management organisation to play the senior figure in the team to ensure the business’ IT services are fully supported. Based in London (hybrid working), this is a permanent role offering between £50,000 - £60,000+ a very good bonus.
You will be responsible for being the major escalation point of all things technical within the established helpdesk team, also directing the team on activity on a day to day basis. You will also be heavily hands on, responding to any 1st - 3rd line technicalissues across the technology estate.
