**Customer Service Specialist/Product Support (French speaking)**
**9 - 5 Monday to Friday (some occasional weekend work - made up in lieu)**
**Hybrid working / Warwick.**
Our client, a specialist manufacturer are looking for an exceptional **French speaking Customer Service **Specialist to join their Support team on a **Hybrid **working basis, two days in office (Warwick) and the remaining working from home. This position comes with fantastic benefits package along with a base salary of up to **£30,000** such as b**onus scheme, 25 day’s holidays + bank holidays, healthcare cash plan and much more**
**Responsibilities**:
- Prioritizing daily customer support queries and providing timely resolutions.
- Handling technical inquiries from non-technical users with clarity and expertise.
- Working towards achieving an excellent first-time resolution for customers.
- Adapting to the growing needs of our EU business, with an initial focus on 50% French and 50% English queries.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent proficiency in English as well as either French (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend technical queries and provide effective solutions.
- Prior experience in a French speaking customer service role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a digital environment.
- Proven track record of generating sales leads.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to engage customers, fostering positive reviews and feedback for business growth.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience working for an e-commerce brand.
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Comfortable engaging with customers via phone calls.
