Our Administrative Assistants (AA) play a critical role, providing excellent administrative support to Court users, Judiciary and Management.

**About us**

HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is responsible for the administration of Criminal, Civil and Family Courts and Tribunals in England and Wales. Our roles support our Court users and colleagues within HMCTS where people and businesses access potentially life-changing justice. **Your role**

Our administrative teams are the core of our National Business Centres (NBCs), delivering great customer service and processing operational work to enable Justice.

At the Special Educational Needs Tribunals (SEND), we have multiple admin teams involved in processing appeals made against Local Authority decisions for children and young persons between the ages of 0 - 25. Your role will be to help prepare documents for these appeals in readiness for a Tribunal Hearing.

- Friendly and approachable manner with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- IT proficient with the ability to learn and adapt to different technologies and software packages.
- Excellent organisational skills.

**Further details**

Non-contractual hybrid working may be available. Hybrid working arrangements will be determined by the business and will only be available when it has been established that delivering the service from home can be done effectively.
